Healing Circle

The Healing Circle allows survivors of domestic violence a place to find support for their feelings and experiences in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental manner.  It allows survivors to heal in in their own way and time.  Anyone may join on any Monday night at the Family Justice Center and leave whenever they want.  Please contact the Family Justice Center, (218) 623-1000, for more information.

Healing Steps

This 25-week closed group open every 8 weeks to allow new community members to join. A closed group encourages participants to bond and develop intimacy and trust. There is a fresh topic each week and a time set aside for sharing. Please contact the Family Justice Center, (218) 623-1000, for more information.

If These Walls Could Talk

If These Walls Could Talk is an hour long tour of the Lake Superior Regional Family Justice Center.  There is one tour every month in the early evening.  Please contact the Family Justice Center for more information and to sign up for a tour, (218) 623-1000. Additional tour dates include: June 10, July 13, August 12, and September 14. All tours begin at 5pm and last one hour.

This group meets every third Monday of the month, and assists survivors with exploring their own personal spirituality. This group is not religious-based and is led by Julie Eckman and Bev Harries. Please call the Family Justice Center at 218-623-1000 for additional information.
